Philippians 2

Christ Jesus though in the form of God
Did not grasp equality with God
But emptying Himself took a servant’s form
Being born in the likeness of men

Therefore God has highly exalted him,
And bestowed on him the Name,
That at Jesus’ name every knee shall bow
In heaven, on earth and under the earth,
And ev’ry tongue confess Him Lord
To the glory of God the Father.

Being found in human form
Christ Jesus humbled himself, becoming obedient
Unto death, even to death on a cross
