Psalm 18

Yea, Thou dost light my lamp;
The Lord my God lightens my darkness.

Yea, by Thee I can crush a troop
And by Thee I can leap a wall.
This God His way is perfect;
The promise of the Lord proves true;
He is my shield.

Yea, Thou dost light my lamp;
The Lord my God lightens my darkness.

For who is God, but the Lord?
And who is a rock except our God?
The God who girded me with strength,
And made my way so very safe.

Yea, Thou dost light my lamp;
The Lord my God lightens my darkness.

He made my feet like hinds’ feet
And set me secure upon the heights.
He trains my hands for war,
So my arms can bend a bow of bronze

Yea, Thou dost light my lamp;
The Lord my God lightens my darkness.

Thou hast given me the shield of Thy salvation,
And Thy right hand held me high,
And Thy help made me great.
Thou didst give a wide place for my feet
And they did not slip

Yea, Thou dost light my lamp;
The Lord my God lightens my darkness.

The Lord lives and blessed be my rock,
And exalted be the God of my salvation.
For this I will extol Thee,
O Lord, among the nations,
And sing praises to Thy name

Yea, Thou dost light my lamp;
The Lord my God lightens my darkness.

Yea, Thou dost light my lamp.
