And Her Name was Mary

Ref:
And her name was Mary, and she whispered 'Yes"

Joy, the Lord is with you in the morning sun.
Do not be frightened, you're His chosen one.
Here a woman wondered, then she whispered yes,
Be it done to me Lord, I can't answer less.

Standing on a hilltop looking t'ward the sky,
Raised her heart and sang  her own glad cry.
My soul shouts your greatness,
Your eyes cast on me Your name still is holy,
Your mercy we'll see.

Your arm's strong yet gentle
You love the humble too.
You fill the yearning spirit, the poor reach to You.
Then she smiled softly at this mystery.
My God's kept His promise and He's chosen me.
